superb stay near east side gallery
friendly staffconvenient locationeasy access
i found the staff friendly and helpful i had a parcel delivered and they assisted me with tracking it the location is advantageous with a bakery a restaurant and a shopping mall nearby also there is a grocery store within easy reach. the east side gallery is only about five minutes away providing convenient access to this landmark.
the shower water did not get very hot i found it only reached a lukewarm temperature that was somewhat disappointing

the fitness center included three treadmills and two stationary bikes the business center offered printing and scanning services and the rooftop terrace provided seating for approximately fifty guests it offers partial city views.

the hotel is near several restaurants including a german restaurant about a five minute walk away public transportation is easily accessible with a bus stop across the street and a train station within a ten minute walk.

cold roomdifficult parking
The room felt COLD upon arrival, even though it was quite chilly outside. No one seemed to have thought to warm it up beforehand. Parking was also a hassle. The online information suggested a garage was available, though it was practically unusable due to events at the nearby arena. This made finding a parking spot difficult.
